• Corporate & Identifying Data: Business contact information, corporate entity details, and authorized personnel credentials provided during account provisioning, procurement, or contractual negotiations.
• Telematics & Operational Telemetry: High-frequency diagnostic data retrieved via In-Vehicle Monitoring Systems (IVMS) and Driver Fatigue Monitoring Systems (DFMS), encompassing precise geolocation (GNSS), vehicular velocity, engine diagnostics, and localized driver behavior metrics.
• Platform Usage Analytics: Cryptographic session identifiers, IP addresses, browser typologies, and interaction telemetry captured passively while utilizing our cloud-hosted FMS Smart Mobility ecosystems.

2. Purpose and Lawful Basis for Processing

We process collected data under strict adherence to enterprise mandates and local legislative requirements (including alignment with Oman Vision 2040 digital strategies). Our primary processing objectives include:

• Execution of contractual obligations, including real-time fleet surveillance, reporting, and proactive maintenance alerts.
• Verification and enforcement of OPAL (Oman Society for Petroleum Services) safety standards and concession area compliance.
• Continuous enhancement of machine learning algorithms for predictive fatigue monitoring and route optimization.
• Mitigation of fraud, unauthorized asset utilization, and execution of robust cybersecurity protocols.

3. Data Sharing and Enterprise Disclosures

Global Enterprises maintains a stringent non-disclosure stance. Data dissemination is restricted exclusively to the following paradigms:

• Strategic Affiliates: FMS Tech (Parent Company) and authorized subsidiaries, governed by binding internal Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
• Regulatory & Concession Authorities: Disclosure to OPAL, the Royal Oman Police (ROP), or relevant ministry bodies strictly when mandated by law or for mandatory concession compliance auditing.
• Sub-Processors: Tier-1 cloud infrastructure providers utilized for secure data hosting, contractually bound to uphold enterprise-grade confidentiality and SOC-2 compliance standards.

4. Information Security and Cryptography

We deploy defense-in-depth security methodologies to protect client data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
